• Rule 26 - EL(180 days maximum at a time) 
• 300 days outside India (BBBSNPakistan) 
• Rule 27 - Calculation of EL(2.5 days per month) 
• Died month will be considered for credit of EL.
• If availed EOL/Dies Non - 1/10th shall be debited in the forthcoming half year credit. Subject to maximum of 15 days.
• Rule 28 - EL(Vacation department) 
• 5/6 per month or 5 days per half year 
• EL to be credited= (Vacation not availed / 60) x 20
• EL+Vacation = 180 days max
• Termination - Encashment not entitled 
• Last 10 year leave is not denied - To increase his efficiency
