Sub:- Revision of flat rate of license fee (Standard Rent) for residential accommodation all over Indian Railways w.e.f 01.07.2020

Ref:- Board’s letter of even number dated 05.11.2020 and 07.01.2021.

Please refer letters under reference regarding flat rates of License fee (Standard Rent) for residential accommodation all over Indian Railways effective from 01.07.2020. Ministry of Railways has decided to discontinue the existing system of general increase of 10% of license fee every year. Accordingly, para-2 of letter dated
05.11.2020 and letter dated 7.01.2021 stands withdrawn.

2. Other provisions mentioned in letter dated 05.11.2020 shall remain unchanged.
